Roots 'N' Roll Music Practitioners
Shipwrecked a couple centuries too late to live the pirate's life, but we've come pretty darn close in this day and age. We did, however, arrive just in time to be influenced by all of the great folk music from those long-gone centuries – the sailors and whalers, Appalachian mountain folk, dirty delta blues masters and traditional country boys. Those influences paint a fairly accurate picture of who we are and what we do: a group of friendly outlaws, outsiders and undesirables who have put together a few songs spanning our musical influences. Find a friendly shadow, sit down with your favorite whiskey, and take a listen to these musical tales of wonder and woe.
Past and Present
We wrote our first songs, recorded our first demo, and played our first gigs as an acoustic trio in Southern California way back about 2003. Many years, miles, songs and configurations later, we're a West Virginia based six-piece outfit with all the fixins.
WV, MD, VA, DC and Beyond
Based in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia, and located just 1.5 hours from Washington, D.C., we're expanding our operation and opening up to the entire eastern seaboard in 2022. Keep an eye on our tour section for upcoming shows and events.
